Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or another agreed method.
Conditions for Non-Refundable Claims
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Products were damaged after delivery due to improper handling/storage.

- Any minor color or aroma variations due to natural factors in spices.

Shipping Costs
If a refund or replacement is approved due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective product), we will cover all shipping costs.
In other cases, the customer may bear the return shipping charges.
